SPORTS AND SPORTS PREPARATORY GAMES - INITIAL STAGE OF THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM

The goal is the initial study of motor actions - catching, passing and hitting the ball (shooting) and on the ball to improve the coordination of movements, show resourcefulness and self-initiative, build the ability to interact in a group and develop hunting skills, speed and endurance.

At this stage the student should:

  • Improves ball skills - one-handed passing from a standstill and one- and two-handed catching on the move.
  • Develops agility and conditioning abilities.
  • Masteres basic knowledge of the content and rules of sports games.
  • Knows sports equipment and safety rules when practicing.

The goal in the initial stage is for the student to be able to move in a group on flat or mountainous terrain, to orientate both in the area and by the sun, and to recognize the main directions of the world.

The expected results are to be able to move in a group on flat and mountainous terrain, to orientate according to a plan and according to tourist markings. He is expected to know the ecological and hygienic requirements for living in nature.

Subject: orientation (by the sun and by pre-set conventional signs).

Expected results: If at 12 noon you stand with your back to the sun with your arms outstretched, your shadow will point to the four directions of the world. Mark with the letters С, Ю, З, И the corresponding direction in the empty squares.

Judo

In this stage of the educational system, the main goals of judo practice are: development of motor skills and habits; learning and consolidating judo techniques; harmonious development of the body; harmonious physical and spiritual development of the judoka.

At this stage, the students are introduced to the basic rules in judo, the movement techniques and the main stances in judo, different groups of falls, as well as the basic techniques of osaekomi waza (controlling - holding) in ne waza (ground floor).

Students should have a basic knowledge of the history and emergence of judo, as well as some basic terms.
